Gig Notes: Keir & Bryn at Anisq Oyo Park, Isla Vista 5/15/03

Bryn and I squeezed in a quick and relatively quiet 10-song set this afternoon at a "Students Stopping Rape" rally in I.V. Since it wasn't technically a Honey White show (though Brian did make a celebrity appearance), we threw in some extra Bryn-only covers (Buckley, Beatles, Radiohead) at either end of the performance.

A few changes on the sounds page: live '02 mp3 is down in favor of newer stuff, which is still on its way up as a preview of the forthcoming live disc.

Bryn and I will also be making an appearance on 5/15 for a Students Stopping Rape rally in Anisqoyo Park in I.V.

First of all I have to say that the Invisible 3 rock big time. Andrew, Marco, and the guys were great and we'd love to team up again. Having another awesome band go on before us only gets us even more antsy to play a fantastic show, and that's exactly what we did, complete with Official Groupies, a new song's live debut (Sweet Oblivion), and an additional 600-watt bass amp that probably re-arranged my heartbeat and undoubtedly contriubuted to future hearing loss for all present. As always there will be mp3 up shortly. Thanks to Curt for helping us sound great and thanks to all who came to see our Wildcat debut.

Also- keep your eyes out for a new Honey White live CD in the next few months!
