We're Recording!

We'll soon be starting formal recording sessions engineered by SB Recording's Mark Anthony. We're not sure if we'll be getting a demo, six-song EP, or even an album out of this, but we're excited to go into a real studio and see what happens. Honey White t-shirts are also in the design phase, and we hope to have lotsa goodies (I hate that word "merch") available at our next show. Next show? I have no idea when that is either. In my book right now it's CD = promo material = gig availability, and no, that's not cause I'm lazy. I want to have some concrete real thing that makes money to stick in the face of bouncers and bar owners who would rather not see it, and if it sounds fantastic, all the better.

I'm Stupid, Part 2

Thanks to my ineptitude, last night's rehearsal was recorded and then totally wiped from the 8-track, banishing some great takes (including a mauling of Skynyrd and South Park tunes) to the vacuum of obscurity. I guess we'll get 'em next time, and fortunately the other guys have forgiven me, though Billy still says someone should rip my balls off for this. More gigs are in the works, so stay tuned!
